I'd put those back on the shelf

I've been using STP, it's a small blue bottle with a red cap.

Just my opinion

Neither.

If you are using a good quality name-brand oil the only thing the additives will do is lighten your wallet.

What he said! What they both said^^^.

Today's oils don't need "stabilizing" or any other help from miracle-in-a-can additives.

Restore is like paint thinner! Do not use that...

Just use a good quality synthetic

Sounds like it's time for the "Coveted" snake oil label!

I did a course on oil analysis some years ago and they showed us a video of a cutaway engine running normal motor oil. They added Lucas to it and it immediately killed the anti-foaming agents, the motor oil turned into foam and filled the crank case . Oil manufacturers all use their own proprietary blends of protective agents. Even mixing brands can cause a reaction and render one or more of those agents inert. Then you loose a significant amount of protection. Food for thought!

While I wouldn't use 6 different quarts of oil in the same engine, all current API-certified oils are designed to be miscible with any other, so adding a quart of a different brand for top-off is not an issue.

Thank you Marauderers to clear me that doubt, only oils I current use in my Panther CVLX are Motorcraft 5w-20 and Mobil 1 extended performance 5w-20
