My headliner has been sagging the last couple years, especially on the sunroof sliding shade. I was getting ready to get it professionally repaired, but I thought a heat gun might shrink it up. Worked like a champ. Good as new. Try this before you spend the money for a re-skin. I don't think a hairdryer gets hot enough. Be careful with the heat gun or you will melt the fibers.

Memorized this one.
One of my other cars needs this and I will give it a try. Any tips like working from the edge in to center?

Not really. It's not like shrinking monokote on a model airplane, which I have done a lot of. Pretty forgiving actually. I have to shrink it some more.....The more humid it is outside, the more it sags. But it does shrink up, which is nice. I got a little close in one spot and brushed my hand against it, so you can see the fibers are bent over a bit. You have to be really careful. I suppose you could try a hairdryer instead of a heat gun and see how that does, but I don't think it will get hot enough. Take your time. Good luck!
