Has anyone used the Bosch Wideband 02 sensor vs the Autometer 2243 sensor? It's almost half the price of the Autometer sensor, and the one on my car has apparently gone south after only 2 years. Opinions?

I've heard that criticism about the Autometer sensor(s) , when I bought my A/F gauge, Lonnie told me the sensors that come with the gauge don't last very long.
His recommendation was the Bosch sensor.

We have tried other sensors on the AutoMeter AFR gauge and gotten mixed results in terms of accuracy when compared to our dyno.

I can't believe the best price I can find on the AM sensor is $125. Bosch $68.
I'm going to try cleaning it and the connector because it goes through the self check and just stays centered around 15.0. I cleaned everything not long ago though, so I think it's gone.

I've used Bosch sensors with my BigStuff3 for 7 years now and change them every couple years. Leaded race fuels tend to eat them every couple years. No point in spending more than you have to if you know you're going to replace them.

Pretty sure the sensor included with AM gauges is Bosch
(and most quality widebands too)
Per AM's website, included with wideband gauges is: " Bosch LSU4.2 Sensor "

Wow, thanks. They look different though. Well, no one buy the Autometer branded one. Here is a link to the Bosch for half the price.

I wiggled the wires at the connector and my gauge is back online. We'll see how long it lasts.

I use Bosch on my wideband with no issues. LC1

All I remember when Lonnie Doll got out of the hospital from kidney stones, he said there was a sensor that is better than the one that I got with the Autometer .
I spoke to him today, he had a chamero , was supposed to be a retune from three years ago.
3_4 hours supposedly took almost Three weeks.
You can't leave maintenance and repairs responsibility, on the tuner.
Or bring big dough!
He has six waiting and taking **** from family and customers
