looks like my wife threw out the post card for the jacket, I knew that would happen. I put the other end in my filing system with the paperwork for the car. It has a phone number on it. Anyone run into this problem and still received their jacket?

Steven, they keep record by VIN of what car has had a jacket issued, so you shouldn't have a problem. Just give them a call and explain

Yes! I specificly asked for a larger size and got it. BigDogJim was also able to obtain a larger jacket along with others on the board. I simply called and asked if this could happen, and then made a notation on the card when I sent it in. I got a 3X.....

I got a 4XL. After talking with BigDogJim here, I just called the number on my card, talked to the lady who told me to just write in the size that I wanted. Probably only took 2 weeks or so to get the jacket back after I sent the card in. The only thing that I'm disappointed in is that, by the time I got the jacket, it's too warm here in TX to wear it!!!

just called them, gave me a number and said yes I can call to order. I got my wife pretty mad at me as she couldn't believe I was that bummed about loosing the card. Matter of fact she said she may divorce me if I wear the jacket when with her.

My wife never received the postcard for her jacket. She mentioned it to the salesman and about 6-8 weeks later, she received a package with the jacket in it.

I took delivery of my Marauder on 15 April, and my jacket postcard arrived on 15 May 04, so Mercury seems to be right on time. Now all I have to do is wait for my size XL to get here!
