Need help...Car hesitating when rpm reach 3000 and shift back to 2000 rpms

My car hesitate after it shifts from 3000 arms to 2000 rpm

I changed the coils...spark plus..and put on a new fuel filter...what else could it be??

Does the trans feel like it is shifting properly?

Its does only when it hits that shift im going to check the trans filter and fluid

Do you have a tune? If not, then it might be the crappy stock shift schedule. You'll never chase it down.
