What the Heck is this Part Called?

I want to remove the trim piece that seperates the rear quarter from the roof since it has the famous Ford blisters. What is it called and do they still make it? Is it glued on or does it have clips? I don't want to pry on it, break it, and find out you can't get it anymore.

Might still be avail since cv and gm the same . Take interior side "c " panel off and there is 2 or 3 nuts to take off. bolts from inside car, do not pry on it

tasca shows a left and a right, and looks to be needing paint since they don't list colors, but not expensive
