Exhaust Tips

As a owner of "Breeze" (Drew) old marauder I need a little help.. My car was recently towed and the driver not only broken my exhaust hanger but now my exhaust tip is gone. It has a custom exhaust with 4" tips... I was told it came from megs, but unsure of proper measurements. I tried local exhaust shop but that bass is gone. Got exhaust without resonators.. Please help, Thanks

Meg's 4" are obsolete unless someone wants to sell. I know maybe two people but won't say who. Very expensive and no one will sell just one

Whoever it is if their willing to sell send them my way. I emailed the company they said the same pretty much, but will check inventory. Fingers crossed

Good luck, however with a lot of new faces on the site there's always the possibility of another group buy. Doubtful but not completely outside the realm of possibility

if they are interested in selling, they will contact you..they read the forums so I'm not going to post names..it was merely to say there is a slight possibility one might sell a set, but since they are rare, they prolly will not. You may have to settle on a close pair until you run across of a factory pair of good used regular tips. magnaflow I think makes a 18" (shorter) 3.5 rolled edge tip. Gibson makes some varous tips as well or maybe someone has as et of Stainless works tips that they kept they are similar but not rolled edge.

We assume the towing outfit is paying for all this, right?

If luck is on your side they are stock tips, I have 3 oem tips, so selling a single tip is doable on my end. Oe tips are 3"

I would be interested in a group buy for the larger Meg's as well. I know a few members that have the larger Meg's and they are quite happy with them.

This might be the way to go, if he can't find another 4" he should buy a pair of OEM 3" and sell the 4" here... maybe someone has a dinged-up one they want replaced.

Call stainless works. They will sell just the tips off their Marauder exhaust system for around $450. They have the oem style. Check them out.

I have a set of OEM's that had the resonators beat out of them. $100.00 and shipping. Not perfect but would probably clean up nice.

22" long, the longest u might can find with a rolled edge. Trust me. Yes they are chrome just clean them when I clean da car, as I should any ways.Had another MM rider with megs change over to them. Because my chrome jone's put his meg's To shame

1 pc: 2.25" inlet x 3.50" rolled edge angle cut outlet x 26" OAL. P/N ST627, $100 plus shipping

1 Pc: 2.50" inlet x 4.00" rolled edge angle cut outlet x 26" OAL. P/N ST640, $125 plus shipping

Both are non-resonated with Megs logo.

I think selling a single "new" tip is sort of hard to do. I wouldn't want one new tip and one old tip on my car IMO.
