You can buy OEM foglights, but be prepared to spend over $120.00 for the pair. A cheaper alternative is MAZDA MIATA / MX-5 / MPV 2001-2003 FOG LIGHT

They look identical and fit perfectly. Unless someone got down on their hands and knees they couldn't tell the difference.
