ADTR Stage 2 Vortech Supercharger kit

I am super stoked. Chris From ADTR.NET send me the tracking number. For my Stage 2 kit. It is on it's way too me. It took 9 weeks to get towards me. Because of the time it took to manufacture the pipes and brackets. And being I wanted to do it,Wright once. I paid extra for the Ceramic coating on the pipes. And paid extra to powder coat all the Supercharger brackets. And paid extra for a Polished V-3 supercharger. I can tell you all one thing. It wasn't cheap. But Chris is a humble man. That will go all out with his service and technical support. For all his customers. I felt like he treated me like family. And I recommend anybody. Here to do business with him. With your eyes closed. I will not deal with anybody else for all my Mercury Marauder needs. I have bought Addco front and rear Sway bars and CHE PREFORMANCE upper and lower control arms and Watts link arms too. And a TCI bigger oil pan. And a 8.8 rearend cover. All at the best prices of all places. I have shopped at. So if you are thinking of getting parts for your Panthers. Crown Victoria Grand Marquis and Marauder needs. I totally recommend you to get with. And for any tunning deal with Martyo AKA Marty Mo Shop. I will post up another tread. Once I get it here on Thursday God willing.

You will like the Vortech kit. I have their V-7 Renegade system on my 1993 Mustang GT (331 Stroker). It is much better performing than the Novi 2000 that I have on my 1989 Mustang LX coupe (347 Stroker).
The Vortech system comes pretty much complete whereas the Novi needed "extra" parts from outside sources.

I am going to order the all black out version, with black coated ceramic pipes, black Vortech unit, and all black hoses, etc. Trying to make it look like it was "born" on the car.

Rubbercityrauder lugs don't make you fast. My Fox has gone 8:50 on the NX Fogger on MT Drag Radials. And in the good old 1320 feet quarter mile. It is a show car race car street car. And 4 or 5 lugs don't make you fast. Your like the 1 million person. To say that dumb 4 lug comment. But i understand. That the car looks so good. That is the only dumb comment everybody has too say. Until they see it's taillights.

Rubberctyrauder it make 800HP and change on motor. And 1400Hp and change on the 8 NX Fogger kit. As for there a million Mustangs yes they are. But mine is a rair 25th Anniversary LX only Color. And as for 400 HP that is what the NX Fogger are spraying on the progressive system in the FAST 2.0 EFL XFI. I you were to read my comment correct. That is what it says. Say spraying 400 HP on a Progessive system. Go back and read it.

I am in a position to afford boost now and I was prepared to buy a used Trilogy but the amount I offered sight-unseen was apparently "an insult" and further PM's were consequently ignored. Well damn, I start low and go up from there. I was prepared to spend a max $7500 to make it happen if necessary. Well, it looks like the ADTR kit may find it's way to my ride pretty soon. I am elbow deep in a house remodel but it looks like this may be the next big ticket item afterward. I am dying to hear a seat-o-the-pants impression and maybe drive one with the ADTR system.

BAD MERC It is a chunk of investment. But it is a one shot deal. No buy this then look for this. And go back and fouth. To put a kit together. You just call Chris at ADTR. He is a straight shooter. I paid extra to get all the coating done to the pipes. And a trick black coating on the intercooler in the middle. And polished on the inner and outer ends. Also paid him to have all the Supercharger brackets powder coated semi gloss black. And a polished V-3 SC. I had to wait 9 weeks to get it. I am waiting on UPS to drop it off today thursday. But after you do your thing with you home improvements. I say call Chris at ADTR and get you complete kit. Bolt it on and let the fun begin.

Back to your mustang, I have a buddy with a fox body coupe with around 1400 horsepower and it runs 8.30s on et streets... It too is a streetcar, but man his has fiberglass, lift off front end, radiator in the back seat, fuel cells, mini tub, 25.2 chassis cert
Its definitely a purpose built street car, but the comparison between his car and your car is drastic

7500 for a trilogy kit, give your head a shake...either do a KB for a Mach 1 as it will work, or buy a whipple and piece it together like a Eaton conversion, you will be way ahead of the game.

OP I can't help but notice your tone and attitude towards others here. YES some have said a few off color remarks but, you keep fueling the fire. A former member here DOOM used to have fun with less than desirable comments and brush it off. Remember that someone probably does want what you got, it's just how you spin the comments positively.

The community is glad that there are options still available for this car that we all admire and share the same commonality for.

Only 1.7 percent of "professionals/managers" work night shift, less than 10% of others do. There were less than 12,000 of these cars built, most likely less than half exist, many on here own more than one. I'd guess less than 25% of owners are active on this site (1.5K). Even if they are active, folks like me disappear for long stints of time - family, work, other interests and especially threads like this get in the way. So your 53 views in the middle of the day represents a minimum of 7.5% of attentive users. Any good marketing person would be happy with that click-through rate. And then you come back and ask for comments in a negative tone; "so i see that there is no love here for the kit. And on how the pipes and cooler look"

I was one of the first 53 views and I did not post. I'm not jealous of you in any way. I own two, that's right, TWO supercharged marauders. I hardly every talk about them. One is a trilogy and the other is a soon to be Whipple 3.4 converted from a Vortech..... You post multiple threads about every aspect of your car instead one thread, every thread you need to remind us it's a 2004 mercury marauder DTR (I think we all know this by now). Your grammar is horrible and it makes everything you type annoying to read. It also seems you pay someone to install all your parts, I never see any install pictures.

And why did I never posted about your kit? I could care less about what you have into it, I have way more into my build. The real issue I have is, for spending $7500+ for a kit, I would have hoped the polished intake pipe you showed would have been nicer. A mandrel bent piece instead of the harsh angles and multiple bends and welds..... It really is disappointing to see in my honest opinion.

My tuner said that on Vortech cars the closer the MAF is, the more accurate the reading and is better for tuning. Not 100% sure if true but it seems to be the consensus.

My tuner said that on Vortech cars the closer the MAF is, the more accurate the reading and is better for tuning. Not 100% sure if true but it seems to be the consensus.

Way too early in the season, we have to wait to see what we got after the All-star break. Thats usually when we get better or fall apart.
