May outing for WCM

Bump for the next meat. Anyone down to get together one of these weekends now that the weather has been nicer, and I have had time to work on my car?
This post , my birthday and a new friend inspired me to see if there is interest in a meet here in Rockford.
We have a great picnic area with 4 giant P tables and grills.
There are no overhead pavilions, so it would have to be weather permitting .
I checked with the association and they said its ok, as long as we behave.

I met a new friend at a club last evening .
He owns a cattle company locally, and they raise organic grass fed Kobe style beef.
He liked me and made an offer to sell a manageable amount of ground beef .
If you have not tried meat like this, I urge you to !
I will need a head count, of who would like to do this.
My thinking is , I will get the burgers, Beer Brats, rolls.
Everyone post up what they would like to bring ,ie "dish to pass".
I know this is short notice, but the following week is the holiday weekend.

I just saw an email from Elio, it will be at Woodfield mall, Schaumburg Il. tomorrow , from 11-5.
There was no interest expressed to the thread . so Im going to be checking out the Elio for fit.
Still going to do the grill and other goodies.
Thinking 4-ish
