Yes they are but I have the factor gaskets,new nuts plus new flange gaskets that are where they hook to the stock exhaust and bolts.

What he has for sale are the SW headers Part # MAUHDROR with the catless connector pipes with the flanges to hook to the factory exhaust.....PLUS new gaskets and OEM header bolts....along with the header bolts that SW provides with the set.....

I hope this helps with the confusion everyone seems to have when an individual lists a set of headers for sale.....:violin:
