11.9 on stock fuel pump!!!

2DMax bought LilAlleyCats car a while back (one of the 12 Lyschom blower kits) and we raced at our local dragstrip. He pulled an 11.9, since then he's put on two seasons of driving on the car.

It started stumbling...long story short...the mechanics pulled out the fuel pump and sent him pics of the fuel pump numbers. It was a STOCK Pather platform pump.

I run with a partially plugged GT40 pump and stock Trilogy, he runs with a stock fuel pump and Lyschom blower...my engine blows and he runs an 11.9! Son of a @#$^

It was a Focus PUMP most likely

I thought the Focus pumps were 3S4U-9350-AA part number (?) The one installed in Al's old car was a 2C5U-9350-AA (green top). Isn't that the stock pump for the Crown Vic? Either way, not the safest way to run on a 500 hp + engine I imagine....

(BTW last run at Mission Raceway was 11.7)
