I've contacted a few companies and couldn't find anything new so I'm asking here before I consider my alternatives. I'm looking for some trilogy pulleys if anybody has any they are willing to part with. I have the stock 3.4", I'm looking for a anything smaller, 2.8" preferably. I would also like to find a metco adapter in a trilogy offset (I know that is really asking a lot). Let me know if anybody has anything, thanks

Do you have forged internals for super small pulley? Just asking as you are still new to the forum. Trying to help avoid a bad situation..not being an a**.

You can try this place, never have used them but they have Magnuson keyed pullies. Magnuson made the Trilogy roots blowers, Lysholm made the twin screws
Let us know what you find out from them if you try. I ran across it one day and just saved the link

Yes, I have a forged stroker short block to go in my car and the majority of the other supporting parts required with the amount of power I'm hoping to make. I originally was planning on going with a H122 or tvs with eaton swap parts, but came across a complete trilogy kit. I know I will need a port/pulley to get close to my power goal/track time I'm trying to reach. However, if I can't find the pulleys I will be selling the trilogy and going with my original plan.

Jerry, LJI_372 made some pulleys, check with him, he has a box of different sizes.

Sounds awesome..what sort of power goal you seeking? I too would like more, but the trilogy is the choking point eventually. I may do a whipple swap one day, but might not and just tweak it the farthest I can. I run a 2.8 pulley on mine.

I'm hoping to break 500whp with it set on kill. 4.75 stroker with cams and headers. That will have to be with a ported blower and a 2.8 pulley to be close to it. My goal is to break into the 11s. I have rear control arms, rear adjustable shocks, a torque convertor, auburn differential, and 4.10s for it already on the shelf (still waiting on my 31 spline moser shafts to arrive). I'm considering going to coil overs in the front and some stealth weight reduction as a last resort to dip into the 11s.

It's possible, not easy to break 500rwhp with a Trilogy. A few have done it, so it can be done. With drag radials, you should be able to dip into the 11's anyway with less hp. with the right conditions. Plenty have done low 12's with less. I'm at 455 rwhp and also would like to break into the 500+ club. My tune is a tad safer as I did not want a tune to the very edge. It was up to over 475+ at one point..
You are on the right path.. Make sure you check out that link for the pulleys I listed earlier

I'd be happy to break out of the 16's.....[emoji24]

I went 11.99 with a stock engine, eaton, headers and 10psi.

11.99 would be fine with me. I feel as though I will have more than enough power to reach that goal, I will just have to configure the car to be able to use. Right now the car is stock except a K&N CAI and Zack's tune from the previous owner. He ran a best of 14.5, my best has been 14.9 with it currently at 189k miles. It's time for a rebuild and I figured I might as well build the car so that it can hurt some feelings at the local strip.

Cams can wreak havoc on the bypass valve. I ran a 2.8 and a Metco +4 on mine with Crower Stage 2 blower cams and the bypass was pretty much bouncing even at idle. I opened it up and snipped a coil or two and it helped a little. But I was hovering in boost driving normal and creating enough under hood heat to melt things.
So glad I went Centri..

With my L&M customs cams, I'm only getting about 8 inches of vacuum at idle. I'm using their low vacuum boost bypass. It works great.
