Hi,
I have for sale a 2004 Mercury Marauder, DTR with light flint interior and sunroof. I purchased the car in 2012 with approximately 77k miles, and it
now has approximately 77.5k miles. Car is located in Wilmington, Delaware and has been garage kept since I purchased the vehicle. Original plans were to gradually fix the small issues over time and have an original, stock Marauder, but I've been working out of state since 2013 and barely get to drive the car. Came back home recently to a flat tire and knew it was time for someone else to own and enjoy this car more than I can.
Drivetrain:
- Engine and transmission with no issues, runs smooth as silk. No leaks. Mobil 1 synthetic since 2012 and also flushed and changed transmission fluid 2012.
- New radiator 2012
- Will need rear diff fluid changed
- New battery 2016
Exterior
- Front and rear bumper have been poorly repainted
- 2 minor dents on roof and and some minor door dings
- No blemishes on wheels, all center caps
- All lights functioning
Interior
- Prior owner was a smoker, car will need a good carpet and upholstery shampoo / cleaning to remove the smell
- Driver's seat with appropriate wear (see pics)
- A/C works but on the fritz, BCM likely needs O-rings / replacement
- Center console lid has been replaced with newer unit
- All interior lights work as they should
- No dashboard error lights / codes
- After market sound system, definitely outdated
Car will also come with one of Musclemerc's rear skid plates that has not been installed yet.
Asking $6500 for the car, very negotiable for forum members - I would really prefer having a tasteful enthusiast own this car as opposed to some
random person in the Wilmington / Philadelphia area ...
