As I have upgraded to 20" wheels and tires, I have no need for the 18" wheels and tires. You must live close enough to pick them up yourself from Big O Tires, Pleasanton.

Price for all four tires and wheels - $200.00!

18" Motegi DV5:

The wheels fronts are beautiful; the wheels backs need some polishing and sealing to make like new. There are no dents, scratches, etc.

Nitto 555 235/50/18 (fronts)
Nitto Motivo 265/50/18 (rears)

The front tires have a quite-a-bit of tread left on them. The rears are like new.

PM me if you are interested. I will share actual photos.

Hmmmmm, let me see Northern California and South Carolina. I guess that wouldn't be close enough. As Ambitious1 says it's a killer deal.

But you kept the OEM wheels, right? I've got mine stashed in the attic. Don't know why, can't see ever using them again. But somehow I just can't let them go.

No, I do not like the OEM wheels. I sold them long ago.

What's the width and offset for fronts and rears?

I do not have any pictures of my car with the old wheels. The tires alone are worth the money.

No thank you. Shipping would involve a pallet and strapping. Thus my request for a local area Marauder owner to pick them up themselves.

Motown FedX'd his widened wheels & tires to me. I think it was around $30 ea.

Took some extra thick cardboard circles and ziptied them to the spokes to protect the shiny stuff. worked real well & showed up 2 days later. FedX dude rolled them in my door.

No truck shipment, pallets & strapping needed - unless you prefer that method.

Sold. I will drop them off Monday at Big O Tires, Pleasanton. You may pick them up Tuesday or later. If you wish, Big O will put them in large white plastic covers for protecting the rear of a vehicle.

Oh my.... Lowndex...

So to follow up with Paul Harvey's REST of the story....

I drove 1:75 hours to Pleasanton and picked up the wheels and tires. Your friend, was totally cool. Confusion on my part made an extra 25 min, as I drove to the incorrect shop.

THEY WERE HUGE!

Loaded the wheels into my SUV and drove the 1.75 hours home.

Later than night I got a table out, some warm water, some wheel cleaner, and various other tools and started to scrub clean the wheels. After working up a sweat and spending about 2 hours, I gave up for the night.

AFTER CLEANING, this is what the wheel looked like.

The ABOVE PHOTO was AFTER TWO HOURS CLEANING, and I've got to admit... I was a little worried. I dryed them and put all stuff away. That was last weekend.

A week goes by and this is bugging me all week-- the inside of the 2 front wheels looked like someone had lit a fire inside them. Whatever was on there... Was ON THERE, and I couldn't scrub it off. So I called my tire guys, and the referred me to thier wheel repair shop, and told me to talk to the owner.

Called him, gave him my referral info, and he asked me what I had done so far and I told him everything I wrote above. He then asked three questions, 1. Are they really chrome? 2. Are they really Chrome? And are they really chrome?

Yes--Yes--Yes. He told me his shop ONLY uses Eagle ! Chrome cleaner--and to be careful, Eagle 1 also has a PVD CLEANER, and a PAINTED WHEEL cleaner ETC... AND that a guy can ruin his wheels If not careful-- but that if I had CHROME to buy the EAGLE 1 chrome cleaner and use a brush, and that he promised that if I set my table up again, and did everything I'd already done... Using the Eagle 1 CHrOME cleaner, they'd look like I paid him to clean them. They'd look new.

Here is the inside after less than 50% of the work I did last time.

And finally here is the outside of the same wheel.

Lowndex, these wheels are amazing. I cannot thank you enough. I cannot wait to get these on the CV-HPP.

The tires are FAT and BADASS! And these tires and wheels will make that car COOL.

That was brake dust sort of baked on from prolly a long time of not being cleaned off. Good to see Eagle 1 worked it all out

! Wheel left to clean... Will then polish and seal all four. Flying up to drive the HPP down today and tommorow. Home Late Friday or Sat AM. Will have Wheels on car probably next Monday/ Tuesday. Will post up pics then.

BTW rear tires are 265 NITTO 555's (they make the Motivos look tame) and they are best described as BEASTLY.

I can not wait!

Correct. I cleaned up one of the wheels with a product similar to Eagle 1 chrome cleaner. I noticed the wheel was responded well to my efforts. So, I felt comfortable trying to find my wheels a new home. When cleaned and out on a sunny day, the wheels say, "look at me, I;m too sexy for this driver, too sexy for,.....". :)

You are welcome. I knew the polishing efforts would pay off. I know when you first started, you must have felt like, "no good deed goes unpunished". But I knew a chrome cleaner and polishing would make you feel like you find a diamond in the dust.

Enjoy your new ride.
