Buying replacement front Bumper

Hi everyone
I was wondering if anyone has used fordparts.com to order parts and more specifically a front bumper cover.

I know it shows a crown vic bumper and i would call first to make sure. I hit a racoon in november and want to replace the bumper this summer. Also if anyone has any other places to look that would be great. I looked at carid, and rock auto and both are about $800 shipped to Canada.

Ford OEM covers are obsolete so don't know why they are listing bumper covers for marauders. There are aftermarket front covers, some have had ok fitment with them, others not as great, They will need paint and possibly adjustment to fit smoothly.

They are made of a rigid plastic that cracks easily

You'll find a lot of Ford part websites list parts they don't actually have. They will cancel your order.

Your only option is rempaired ones, junkyard, or aftermarket.

Thanks for the heads up about the aftermarket bumpers and I am thinking about fixing it. I would need to get a crown vic bumper because the bottom opening broke at the seam and took 1 bar out

It can be plastic welded if you saved the pieces.

nope sadly the bar is gone and some smaller pieces the i have a bigger piece where the bottom bolts to. I'm also thinking now of finding a gm bumper with fog lights so i don't have a broken bumper on the car.

Just get a reproduction Marauder bumper then.
