Rebuild motor ran like crap... had car scanned and came up with:
P1233 Fuel System Disabled or offline
P0113 Intake Air Temperature Sensor 1 Circuit high input
P0190 Fuel rail pressure sensor
P0358 Ignition Coil H primary /secondary circuit
P0205 Injector circuit /open cyclinder 5
What the best way to tackle these....
Fix all of the wiring that's screwed up

Sounds like you pulled on a harness or two, a little too hard
Go back and check each wire where you pulled too hard or plugged something into the wrong sensor

Just noticed the ground wire that hangs on firewall has melted the line that connects to what i believe to be the fuel assembly(the one with 2 lines connected)...right above blower control module. I was wondering why no start and smoke....how can i solve this?

Where do you have the battery negative wire grounded from battery to where on the block?
Can you show us the burnt wire and what its smoked out into?

Sounds like you missed reconnecting a ground or two causing the ground that you did connect to take the entire load which then heated up causing the damage.
There are three main grounds in the engine compartment.
Battery to fender
Battery to front of the block
Cowl to cam cover (rear passenger side).

Could dying alternator cause this? Also only thing i noticed that wasn't attached back properly was little bracket thats crimped onto the starter wire that bolts to back of passenger head. Ima go back and bolt went i get home. Could that be it?
