Three cheers for TheDealer (Ray Sr.)

Well folks, it's like this...I was doing a small mod. project and ruined the air intake hose (Yes, it was about the d!@# peanut butter jar lid- I don't wanna talk about it).
So in true MM.net fashion I called TheDealer (Ray Sr.) to get another one. Here's the good part:
Rather than have me duct tape (Red Green?) the big hole I created while I waited for the hose...Ray spent 15 minutes searching and researching and managed to find what I needed about two miles from my workplace. Outstanding!!

Did he make a sale? No.
Did he have to go the extra mile? No.
Did he make a customer? Yes.

He's good people!

Ray has helped me find a bunch of parts for my 88 merc restore so far. I wish every Dealer had a "Ray" in the parts department. Awesome guy.

It was like a bad haircut, Boss...I was trimming and then it needed to be evened up and it just kept going and going...I was out of control...I wish I could just leave stuff alone but it's not in my nature...It's not just the car- Coli wasn't crazy about my K&N-inspired pool filter modification either... :(

I have ordered a few things from Ray in the past and besides having the best prices I receive what I order in about 2 days time, right to my door step. Thanks for the great service Ray. :up:

Ray, I received my car cover and bra on Thursday. Thanks again the bra looks good on the car it fit nice and snug.

I was having "technical difficulties":confused:with the parts department at the dealership that I go to trying to find a simple Item for the Marauder, they could not locate it for nothing. :down:

I gave The Dealer a call and he gave me the right part number for the Item I needed, :up: showed that to my dealerships parts dept. and they were like, "where did you get that number from", :shake: and I said "a reliable source, a friend". :D They have no clue. :mad2:

Ray, I received the cover and bra on Wednesday. I put the bra on the car Thursday for the trip to Cleveland, it fits on the car real nice and snug. The cover is still at home in the box. Will put it on after it is clean and home safe.
