I'm in the process of upgrading subs. I am currently Running 2 of this set up on a MB quart 500 watts rms amp:

Ive been checking out kicker subs especially the 12" square. Some of those subs have a nice 750 watt RMS Like this one:

My question is, Will this single Kicker out power the 2 12" JBL's? of course, I will also be replacing the amp to match the kicker sub.

I would think not. The two jbls will out bass the one 12" l7, now if you were talking a 15" l7 or solo x, that would be a different story. Remember box design and size plays a role in bass quality.

I was looking at it wrong. I figured that the 12" kicker had more RMS power so it would be louder. So I might as well stay with my 2 12's.

Going from 500W to 750W is only a 1.5 dB increase in power. That amount is almost unnoticeable...you need a 6 dB increase (4x the power) to sound twice as loud.
What going to 750W will buy you is a little headroom from clipping, but unless you're already maxing out your system, it won't make much of a difference, if any.
As mentioned above, speaker efficiency and box design make a huge difference...it's entirely possible your current setup may out-perform the one you were looking at, in terms of quality of sound. Many people mistake trunk-lid-buzzing one-note thumpa-thumpa bass for quality... :shake:

A good custom made box can make a big difference as well. I use to sell/install car a/v stuff and do dB competitions.
With the Kicker sub, 750 watts is just RMS, the minimal to really get the driver going efficiently. You would want/need more power for that sub to drive it correctly providing the signal going into the amp and power output from the amp is clean.
What is the end goal for your system?
