A friend has a '04 MM. The volts, oil pressure and plastic pod were stolen, the wires just cut. Being that many upgrade the oil pressure gauge anyways to a real guage would replacing the Volts gauge with the matching counterpart me just as easy? Are the pods available?

pods are obsolete except for those that have spares. there is one on ebay for $250.. used , $200_250 is the average rate.

I have that gauge pod without gauges, I also have that harness that goes the length of the console and attaches to the gauges, also has bulk head connector

Which side of the connector did they cut?

Someone here has those factory gauges cheap if you want to go that route

I'd take 200 for the pod including this harness I have that should get everything working, depending on what they cut out you may not need harness

PM sent on real gauges.

Sounds cool ;)

Judging by this pic of mine, you will want the harness to make the cig lighter work if it was cut

Sorry to hear about your friend...

If he wants to have a real oil pressure gauge, he will have to replace the sender as well.

Voltmeter is easy...2 wires plus the illumination.
