Broken LCM wire

Green wire with yellow stripe..from LCM harness.Where does it go??Photography sucks,sorry.Cramped and dark quarters..I saw this broken wire that is coming from the main lcm harness.Where should it go??

My bad...I see now that where that wire goes is spliced to a solid green wire that goes up under the dash...All the lights are working..But,the car still won't start..I sent the PCM out to be tested and repaired if needed..Came back,tested good..Just grasping at straws..

Are you sure it's going to the LCM?

The only LG/YE wire is on connector C2145b (the thin black one) pin 1 and it's a main 12v feed. If that were broken, I would suspect a lot of stuff to not be working.
