As the title says, I will be driving and the A/C comes on, is this a problem with the PCM. Any help is much appreciated. My Marauder is a 2004 with 77,000 miles on it.

Assuming you have the climate control system in the OFF position when this happens this a a new one to me. Waiting for possible answers will be intriguing.

Sounds like a bad EATC unit to me... but I'm not sure.

The A/C clutch field coil relay is in the BJB.

What do you mean by the "A/C comes on"?
Does it come out the vents?
Is the EATC set to "AUTO"?
Does the A/C compressor clutch come on?
If it comes out the vents, does it happen with the EATC off?
Just trying to get a better understanding of what is happening.

Brentster, this was one of the symptoms that I had. I replaced the blower control module yesterday and now the gremlins are gone. It cost me 42 bucks at advanced auto. Let me know what comes of yours.

Mine does the same thing. I think it may be a faulty fan switch on the side.
