03 Marauder for sale No start

Selling my 03 for $3500 obo. I will not lie to you, it needs some rehab to be put back on the road, otherwise it could provide some hard to come by parts. At this stage in my life I have niether the time nor the money for either option. All parts are original with the exception of the rear axle gears (which were replaced with the stock 3:55 ratio). Also comes with the original full size spare rim.

Here's the problems:
Passive Anti-Theft System Problem: does not start
Heater blend actuator nonop
COT cap frozen
Small oil leak around filter housing
Lifter valve: Ticking while running
Stock radio bad FM attenuator
Driver Side floor mat extremely worn
Curb rash on one rim
Needs new paint, roof especially
Front bumper rebuilt after accident
Foggy headlights
Overhead Compass nonop

Being in NC how is the rust, if any on the car and the underside, Also, what leads you to thinking its a PATS issue?

The rust is only on the roof, it doesn't appear to be eating through the metal but it does peel the paint in small chips. I have not seen any major rust on the undercarriage. However if you tell me where to look I will check those areas and give you an honest answers.

The PATS issue diagnosis comes from the fact that the starter doesn't engage at all. The red light blinks rapidly when the ignition switch is turned. No start in neutral or park, no corrosion on battery or starter terminals. Attempted hard reset by removing batt, checked voltage, checked start switch, checked for broken wires everywhere I could think of, at this stage my next step is a new PCM and reprograming. Given I have to move out of state in about thirty days; I figured maybe a Marauder enthusiast might want the old girl, otherwise she will have to go to the junk yard.
