I have a used (15K miles) in good condition Ford Racing cam timing kit M-6004-A464 (https://performanceparts.ford.com/part/M-6004-A464), cured the infamous tensioner/chain slap for me. All components are in good working order, pulled the engine for a rod knock. No metal through the engine, timing set is fine. It has the correct, ratcheting iron tensioners.
