Built 4.6 Shortblock - NEW

I had this engine built and blueprinted by Jeremy Shaw Race Engines here in Kentucky. One of the best performance machine shops in this area. I had this built for my Marauder, plan was to upgrade the blower and turn it up. Once I figured I’d need to upgrade the transmission, the rearend, the fuel system, etc., I decided to keep it at 10psi and be happy. I just picked this up from the shop today. A quick run down : Teksid block bored .020”, Kellogg Cobra crank, standard and mains and rods, just freshly micropolished. Clevite race series bearings. SCAT (IIRC) H-beam 4340 rods with 7/16” ARP 2000 rod bolts. Manley 4v pistons, -6cc dish, model # K0079X2. About 10:1 compression with a 03/04 head. Wiseco chromoly rings, ARP side bolts, ARP main studs. A LOT of machine work was done. Align honed, square decked, balanced (crank took some Mallory due to the larger 7/16 rod bolts). I have all clearances etc., setup to run high boost. Not looking to ship at this time, pickup in Bowling Green Kentucky 42101. $4,200.
