Ok so did a lot of different stuff to my eaton swapped 03 black. And I have the On3 Kit with a Chevy 350ci 180° thermostat and the factory gauge cluster is pegging out @ "H" and the OBD2 attachment I have for my phone says the temp is 188° and I have a temp gun and the block temp is within the 180s and the thermostat housing itself is about 195°. So my question is, is their a way to calibrate the factory gauge cluster to read accurate?

Did you swap harnesses to the two sensors by accident?

No it was already wired, I just installed the On3 Kit when I had my blower ported.

I just got what you were saying. I actually don't think they will reach each side, but I will check it tomorrow. Thanks for the thought.

Buy an AeroForce gauge.

I plan on it as soon as the funds become available. When I had my blower off I pulled the lower intake and drilled and tapped it and put one of their sensors in it for IA2 temps.
