Got LED bulbs, but the hyper flash is crazy...don't want to hassle with resistors.
Is it true that an "electronic flasher" module will correct hyper flash with LED bulbs?
Any alternative suggestions to resisitors would be appreciated.

Yes, an electronic flasher will cure the fast flash when using LEDs. That's what I did when I did the LED taillights in my grand Marquis. An electronic flasher is wired into the LCM harness in order to cure the fast flash, you can look it up on CrownVic.net for the wiring how to. I don't remember which wires as I did mine a very long time ago.
Good luck and keep us posted :)

Fastblackmerc here sells electronic flashers along with installation instructions. It's worked great with the LED lights I've installed all over the car.
