Don't you need to coordinate with TCE as to how many Zack brake lines are avail.? or are there alternate means to procure a rubber line or does stock marauder ubber line work?

i always inform tce how many Sets I am running so he can plan accordingly. problem here is the last run took so long to sell out he probably wasn't happy about sitting on product for so long, but I could be wrong.

No no no no, Jerry and I were texting the other day and he had 2 brackets, just wasn't sure on if he had massive quantities of hardware he sells with the brackets

I am interested. I just want to make sure I can get all the parts needed so that when the time comes I won't be searching for stuff. I'll need the kit with the brackets, bolts, whatever it take to do the swap. I'll be doing the braided hoses all around, and going with the beautiful "Marauder" engraved calipers that are going to be done by a member. Looks like it's all coming together so I'll be ready to buy by the first.

Ok, when I called my buddy that was my first question... Does it matter if I return non corvette parts as cores....

He said that depends, so I then asked if he could make a few calls and find out if I can return junk parts. I'm picking up some calipers Tuesday and returning some calipers and brackets.

Nice for your guys to accept junk parts as cores, the core charge is 50.00 per caliper

Both very valid points, that's why I'm converting it to a crown Vic, plus I can sell the marauder parts and get some money back....

I'm interested too. In about 2 weeks or 3, I'll be getting the TCE lines and the calipers and rotors from probably advanced auto, if my local will take my Marauder as core, although I may wanna kept them. Just need brackets and hardware from there I guess. I'll keep checking back.

I have a full set of 2008 Corvette Z06 brakes sitting in the garage. The Z06 brake calipers are much larger than the stock C6 brakes. I wonder if your brackets would work on them provided I changed the rotors and the wheels? Anybody know? Anybody need a set of Z06 brakes with 1700 miles on them?

The brake kit will only work for the 2003+ panthers so that limits the market a little over there. And it's not that parts are scarce, it's that Money is scarce. I have took part in some major group buys on CVN. It's same thing every time, 40+ members sign up but when time comes to lay the money down, it's the same 10-15 members every time and no one else is to be found. we had a lot of interest when we got Addco to make custom sway bars for our cars. In the end only 11 of us paid the money.

Ship me the calipers and I'll see if they fit the vette caliper brackets,AND clear the wheels

If they clear the stock wheels, how much you want for them?

I live in Kansas City so shipping should not be expensive

Yes if you bought 20 inch wheels they would clear!! That's the whole issue, buying the correct caliper and having it clear the wheel

Pretty sure they will work with the brackets. When installing the Z06 brakes on a regular C6 the caliper is bolted to the spindle. The Z06 caliper also bolts to the spindle. C6 cars with the Z-51 brake option have a bracket that moves the caliper out to accommodate a larger rotor and that bracket bolts to the spindle and the caliper bolts to the bracket. The standard C6 and the C6 with the Z-51 brake option use the same caliper. The Z06 caliper is a 6 piston caliper and it is much larger than the standard C6 caliper. There is no way that they would clear the stock Marauder wheels. This was edited to correct the wrong info I originally posted.

Its all good man, i have the stuff to swap over, just busy being a parts seller right now.

i thought if they would clear the wheels i could try them out and see if they would clear the stock wheel while i was doing the swap. I do not have aftermarket wheels on my marauders
