Window regulator problem

The passenger side front window regulator was bad on my 03 dark blue pearl. I replaced it now the window rolls up kinda crooked. There is a small gap that is noticeable from the outside and I can hear wind on the highway. Any suggestions?

I assume you drilled out the factory rivets holding the tracks and replaced them with nuts and bolts? If yes, you need to pull the interior panel again and loosen the nuts holding the tracks. Raise the window up so it closes properly, then tighten down the tracks. Open and close the window to make sure it's good to go before replacing the panel.
