I had been looking for a block to put together a backup motor for my stock 2003 Marauder and found what I believe is a GREAT deal off Ebay, no less.

Don't understand why you all cannot see the pictures at the bottom of the page; especially the last one that shows all the additional parts. I will post up pictures when I receive the parts next week.

Also figured out what happened with the EBAY page. Seller had advertised with a preference for local pick-up. About 10 minutes before the auction was to end, I emailed him asking if he would be willing to talk about possibly shipping if it didn't sell locally.

We subsequently spoke at the end of the auction and I was able to convince him that my shipper "Forward Air" could handle it with minimal effort on his part. He finally agreed and it should be on its way to me on tomorrow.

Again, will post up pictures when I receive the parts.

I will be needing a lot of help from you guys as I put together the "spare" motor. Also found a '98 Mark VIII here in a local junk yard that still has the motor in it (transmission is gone). Might just get the whole motor with accessories, as necessary. That one is only $198.00 for the complete motor. I understand a lot of the parts are interchangeable.

Or more importantly, the DIAMETER of the pistons.. I'll bet the block needed an overbore, and he would have needed new pistons, thus the 'cheap' sale.. Let us know when you get it.
