My engine is to be installed on 9/06/16. The following two weeks are mounting of Mishimoto engine and oil coolers, transmission cooler, wiring of Aeroforce Interceptor gauges and engine/transmission tuning.

This project has been fun, albeit far too long to complete. Buying the Ford Racing engine and design of mostly one-off parts (custom pistons, Brembo brakes, JRi coilovers, Hydroboost brake system) resulted in major time delays and monies. Time is the one element I feel most pained by. I hope the Marauder is done soon.

Then it is time for an ADTR Stage 2 blower.

Looking good!!

Will be nice to see the fished product all buttoned up.

Quality, time, and pricing.

Pick two because you never get all three.

Here are the pulleys to be installed:

BELT TENSIONER (http://www.lethalperformance.com/thump-rrr-racing-hd-billet-aluminum-belt-tensioner-w-76mm-idler-grooved-pulley.html) - will replace the idler pulley with a 90 mm

I would only use an S/C pulley on a Vortec made by Vortec.

"High-Traction Profile Supercharger Pulleys are machined from 6061 T-6, hard anodized aluminum with the proper profile to maximize surface contact area for precise fit. Each pulley is built to SAE standards."

Wrong! This is the only pulley that stopped belt slip on the Dyno!

I have a few expensive paper weights.

The Dyno runs that last a few seconds was not the issue where the slippage was occurring in my Daily Driver Drag Racer that has over 270+ runs down the 1/4 mile and over 195K miles.

A well known pulley for providing great traction on the Dyno actually wore down due to not meeting these specs;

There are Garage Queens, Show Cars, Daily Drivers, Drag Racers and Daily Driver Drag Racers.

Pic of the slippy pulley with the brand blacked out since I never lodged a complaint with them.

For 7-9 psi, I doubt belt slip will be a problem.

It will be complete just in time to put the car away for Winter. :mad2:

Meziere water pump..., do you have the correct one? I don't see its pulley...

Yes I see its electric, they still have a pulley for main belt

Mines much larger

The pulley is integrated within the unit itself.

It's hard to see on my telephone. I was just asking because the one I have the outer pulley diameter is much larger.... Maybe just that since it's all black and at a angle I can't see it right. Wait, you painted it, maybe that's it

Glad your cars almost done, can wait for some videos

Do you have a YouTube channel? Your gonna need one! :) :)

It came powder coated. But now that you mention it, the pulley area is small.

Well, things have not gone well. It has been 30 days and my engine is mounted but not all parts attached, electrical not even started and no end in site.

I have issued the ultimatum to KC - finish my project or I will pull it. The time and monies are far beyond reasonable. Tomorrow I hear from KC a commitment to complete the project by October or I pull my car.

After 21 months, I am sad it has come to to this, but I have reached my limit of monies and patience. I hope for the best but prepare to call a flat bed and find another to finish this money pit of a project.

If it has to be done, so be it. Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Hopefully he realizes he needs to get on the stick and that is all it takes.

Oh and threaten to take his coil covers off the car. That should motivate him.
