Im looking to start over my rebuild but do it right this time. Can someone tell what would be best parts. Could this possibly be a DIY? My plan is to use these heads for a stock car but will be up to par when I add force induction (seriously plan to be whippled by summer17). Valves...Manley? Trickflow? Etc. Springs? Rockers? Cams...

Go to a machine shop with skills in mid motors.

Ok ill take it to machine shop. But I want to order some good springs values. Anything particular you recommend?

The stock springs are fine unless you're planning on doing cams to. Even then it depends on how much lift.

I used Brian Tooley Racing for my HD springs and Manley for all else.

No.
Go to a machine shop with skills in mod motors.
And have them do the entire engine build.

Are engine tech valves any good?

They don't make anything, they repackage other companies. You get what they give you so there is no real answer to that question.
