Does anyone have a good part number for a supercharger drive belt on the Trilogy with a 3.2 pulley. I presently have a NAPA 25-080505 8 rib that may be slipping.?? It has had 6 years and 9,000 miles of hard running.

It was recommended by a few that I get a better belt. The spec measure of the NAPA belt is 28.4 mm x 1302 MM or 1.12 x 51.26".

What are others running?

Just pulled the belt off. There is a a deposit of silver in about 10% of the grooves on the belt. I'm guessing that means it has been slipping. I also see that the pulley is pretty well polished. I wonder if a quick sand blasting to give the pulley more grip would help.

Your tensioner may be weak may need replaced, can increase pulley size on tensioner, A lot here use Gates belts

Is there a torque spec for the tensioner? I just put an 18" breaker bar on it to remove belt. It was stiff and consistent in pressure. I ordered Gated P/N K080505. Closest I could find to what Lidio put on when changing pulleys. It is just a wee bit shorter by .2 ". I know there is a balance in being to long or too short. I understand we want the tensioner to wrap the belt around the pulley, but not be maxed out. old Belt had a lot of length in it.

I'll have to measure it to see how much it stretched.

May be part of the reason my times suck lately. Definitely loosing the pig push mid and late run. Makes good sense now.

Maybe try looking in the Eaton swap parts list thread. I know they started a list of belt sizes.

Here is the link to the Trilogy Manual which will have all the part numbers.

Download it and keep for a reference.

DRIVE BELT - 6 RIBBED 4W33 - 030504 - 006 - A1

DRIVE BELT – 8 RIBBED 4W33 - 030504 - 007 - A1

Not sure if these are Trilogy numbers or Ford numbers, try a cross reference resource.

I have the wrappers at home with the Gates numbers on them but that is 8 hours away. Maybe someone will chime in with them. If not I'll check when I get home.

Is that a direct replacement? Do I see PN 3001?
