Asking for technical assistance.

Will the idler belt tensioner below work on my new 5.3L stroker engine? Is the size correct? Do I need a mounting bracket/hardware to make it work?

I understand the Dorman belt tensioner (https://www.summitracing.com/parts/rnb-419-213/overview/year/2004/make/mercury/model/marauder) works. I am hoping to make use of a nicer looking version - http://www.lethalperformance.com/thump-racing-single-bolt-billet-aluminum-belt-tensioner.html

The single bolt ThumpRRR works on the stock timing cover.
