I occasionally hear a weird gurgling noise begins the passenger dash airbag. Any idea what this is?

In previous vehicles I've owned, on occasion I would have similar noises occur. The most common problem would be the a/c condensation drain would be blocked or mostly blocked. Running a wire into the drain port would open it to allow the excessive water to leave and the noises would usually disappear. Let us know whatever you find out.

I haven't used my A/C in a couple years. The air blend door actuator is broken so i don't get A/C... Only heat. Would that still cause a clog?

The noise is your blend door actuator asking for help
It's only 30.00 on rock auto and a few hours of your day to fix it

The blend door actuator clicks behind my dash when i try to switch on the A/C. I'm not talking about that noise, I'm talking arbor the water gurgling sound behind the passenger dash. Are you saying the 2 sounds are related? Like, because my blend door didn't operate properly, there's some type of build up of water???

No. I'm saying your car is crying from neglect
Fix the blend door actuator

I'm just saying if you haven't used your AC for a few years because of a 30.00 part, your car hates you because you neglect it
Fix the 30.00 part, enjoy the AC
Gurgling noise? 1/2 dead hooker in the trunk?

it could be air in the heater core too

Ahhh, that makes sense. Could that cause the engine to overheat?

I thought my DD had air in the system, too, until I discovered the floor in the back passenger side full of water. Cleared out the cowl drain and no more wet floor & no more gurgling.

I 2nd ^^ this educated opinion. Bleed the coolant system! Better yet service the coolant system. :D

How about sell me your mm, since I'm looking for one. I'll give you $16 that's double the asking price of these boats, and also the possibility you have a dead hooker in the back. Seriously though service the car.

Half dead hooker.
Just one more small point check the heater core to rubber hose to metal tube/hose which runs on the passenger bank of the engine. This metal tube can leak and let air into closed cooling system. Replace with rubber hose.

Mine rusted out 2 years ago. It's just a hose now
