Attachment quota - Admin help request

I am trying to start a new thread with images attached, but I have apparently reached my attachment quota. The attachments that put me at quota are in closed threads in the classified section that I am unable to edit. What is the solution to this problem?

That will take you to the area for deleting pics, even if the thread is locked, click the square on the right and delete ones selected

Thank you. That worked for the oldest 75% of attachments, but the newest 25% do not have a box to select.
