Important Information re rooms:


There are very limited numbers available this year so book your room right away. I may not be able to get more added to the block, especially for Friday night.


Do not select the breakfast option! All rooms come with full hot breakfast for 2 in O'Reillys Pub included in our group rate.

I booked my Silver Birch with Carlisle Events today. The show field is booked, now onto the hotel booking.

Is there really anything going on at the show field on Friday?You betcha. Friday is a good day to check out the vendor section as well as the displays. There usually are a fair amount of folks who bring their Fords so perusing the show field won't disappoint. You can also checkout the Ford test drive area across the street if you were interested. Easy to keep busy. Saturday is the best day to check out the show field. :)

I had difficulty trying to book our rate online where it said promotional code. So I called the hotel and I booked directly with no problem. I plan to arrive on Thursday. It will be great to see Ken again after the great job he did with Marauderville 2016! :banana2:

Hi Jim! Belated happy birthday! Yes, we love snacks with our sangria. Maybe we can start a Carlisle food thread? I really wish we could figure out how to do the BBQ or have it catered but I have had no time to look into that and probably will not for this year. Maybe next year?

As I recall, it was quite pricey to have it catered as only Carlisle Events food vendors can do it. As for BBQ, I recall that when we cooked our own food, the cooks were tied to the grills and didn't get to mingle very much. It wasn't fair to them.

The Marauders are on the same hill YELLOW SHOWFIELD in Classes Y472, Y475, and Y478. The MM.Net tent is shown as "W" on the map. It appears that the location of the tent has been shifted from near the road more toward the grandstands (to about where the hill slopes downward).
