I was looking at a used set of iroc type black wheels that are 22x10 with 45 millimeters offset. Would they pop out too much in the front? Feed back is welcome. The price is is good with tires.

45mm is a perfect offset on a 10" wheel , they will tuck within the fender nicely.

The new rear wheels will be a mini tub job I'm running a 20X14 on a +40MM offset , keep in mind I'm also installing a 9" ford rear end narrowed to accommodate the wheels so the offset of the wheels doesn't matter the way it would on a stock Marauder.

Can you tell him/us for a stock Marauder?

The stock rim is a 50mm offset running a 245/55/18 in rear and 235/50/18 in front
I run boss 328 chrome rims at a 40mm offset with stock size fronts and 265/50/18 rear and they sit nice.
So if he runs 45mm offset he will be in the range

There is a pretty wide range of offsets that can be used, my set up is 20X8.5 +40 F and 20X10 +35 with 245/35 and 275/35's. The offset will just determine how wide of tires you can run. I have ran a 255/35 and 285/30 but with my offsets it was as wide as I could manage. But each of these cars sit just a bit different so the only way to really check with wide set ups is to try

No matter the offset, a 10" wheel up front will stick out too much.

This statement couldn't be more incorrect , clearly you have no personal experience with what your attempting to speak on.

To some, if it sticks out any more than stock it is too much.. so statement stands.
Besides, there's no way a 10 inch wide wheel with a +45 offset is not sticking out over stock. It will be around more than 1 inch farther out. If you don't think it looks ghetto, then go for it.
