Really? A dozen of the 1:18 scale?
I remember these. Seems to me they were hand made, and very rare.

The engine doesn't look right to me. What company made these?

It's the standard 1998 to 2002 Crown Victoria engine, nothing added to it except for some silver paint.
Those were custom made by someone years ago. They used the Motor max CVPI as a base and added some detail that resembled a Marauder. To me as a modeler, they don't have enough of an attention to detail to make me buy one. Best of luck to the seller, I hope the auction goes well.

No problem. That's what I thought you meant.

Great detail, more than I remember, but I do remember seeing them on ebay around 2003. Didn't see many, and they didn't last long. Don't remember now what they were selling for then. Always wanted one. Not sure I want one this bad.

I have two of the 1:18 scale Marauders ... One Blue and one Black. My son bought them off E-bay shortly after I got my MM as a Christmas present back in December 2003. As I recall, he got the pair of them for $120.00. Yes, they are Crown Vic's with visual mods to mimic the Marauder. My Blue model has been in my trunk organizer for the past 12-13 years and gets displayed occasionally on the rear window deck at car shows. Mine has been modified with my MM license plate from back when my son used to do custom police cars for many of the jurisdictions around Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He started as a hobby and quit after several years when his "business" became more work and less fun.
I also have two Blue 1:64 models with the personalized packaging that Peter made back several years ago.
