Hello all, through a chain of events, I was able to FINALLY get myself a Marauder after seeing them back in 2003. I'll be searching the forum for a cover, as I'm sure there are many options. Thanks to the gentlemen who were a apart of this happening, and glad things worked out for all - one who is a member on this site for sure. I'll be searching and when I can't find answers, asking questions, so thanks in advance for the patience. I'm am mechanically logic, but when i touch anything, it automatically gets worse and typically gets ruined. So for now, I'll be using my local Ford dealership - would rather keep that integrity for the Marauder. Send any/all suggestions my way to keep our new family member intact for years to come. See y'all around! -Lance

Welcome and Congratulations! You'll love your new MM!

Here's a website that I recommend to all new MM owners with links to owner's manuals, part numbers, etc.

Yessir, already found that website! Was trying to determine what out of so many our Marauder was (xxx/7960) or however many were made in '03. Figured out it was made in Canada, and the last six is 628753. Saw another thread about someone trying to compile data and determining, but figured there'd be a common place.

We already do love it, its been a really cool 24 hrs just like Xmas morning! Hoping to get her registered, named, and on the road this week! I do have to take it in for a regulator that went out on the drivers side, and the recall that's against it. Might do some additional preventive maintenance (trans flush, fuel filter change, power steering/brake fluid flush) to establish our maintenance cycles.

These links will help you find out what your MM's build number is:

http://www.fordshowparts.com/store_contents.cfm?store_id=1&dept_id=1137&product_id=6959

http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=57772

If you call the number on the second link: 1-800-FORD-788, they will tell you what your build number is at no cost. The MM certificate is priced at $45.00.
