I wrote a post about bad services from Motown and the thread was deleted. I understand the back and forth of our dialogue isnt tolerated but why are his for sale threads still up of the parts that belong to me? Its distasteful to still see them still up. Not looking for an explanation, I just want some form of justice. The two below.

Wasn't even trying to have it out with the guy. He felt the need to defend himself and that's okay but the truth is in my texts from him and emails. I also have a video of him going off while still looking over my car. What more do I need to provide for justice to take place? I documented everything. I've built a reasonable case and all I wanted was to vent to the forum.

PayPal reimbursement because you would not! And you accepted the money and farmed the job out to someone else. When that person could not deliver, I asked for my money back. You refused.

The original PayPal payment specifies the product purchased and delivery date. That is why PayPal refunded my monies when MOTOWN failed to deliver the product. He wanted 6 weeks past the time agreed and PayPal agreed that was excessive.

Now it is time for MOTOWN to ship the radiator he was paid $900 and kept. If he does, I will donate it to a member in need.

Whitey the money he payed thru PayPal was refunded to him as i have shown in the post , there was no other transaction between us as he fully knows since he works for PayPal, it's easy to make assumptions when you don't have all the facts , but i have clearly posted the refund for all to see , even though it's no one else's concern , i have been a member of this site for quite a while, and i have never taken advantage of anyone.
It's also comical for someone to wait until some bs comes up to lie about a refund they got back in the summer.

My best advice, hot rodding isn't cheap. It's very similar remodeling a house..... always count on going 25-50% over your original plans. Unless your me, then you just multiply the estimate X 3 or so.

While you may have been wronged, you did get you car back, it runs, you got to hang with Jerry....... it's a trifecta.....

Open the hood to much once the actuators are removed, it snaps the driver side corner pretty good. Seen it 3 times. Guessing it's the same thing that happened.

What? If a shop breaks a unrelated part while doing a repair, that's on them. The windshield or grille for example, not saying either way how those parts were damaged just using them as an example. Now if they break a bolt removing a starter and have to tap, then that's normal and expected.

The leg work was me buying and driving hours to another member and it was still not fixed.
