Hello every one recently in installed 04 Marauder engine and transmission in my 03 Marauder seems to bee a problem with the shifting and the speedometer. Any clues is the ecm getting different codes from the 04 transmission? Please help

03 vs 04 have different teeth count inside the trans for the speedo

If you have a xcal 4 you can change the tooth count parameter vs swapping the transmission

This also happened to a local fellow here, his 04 received a 03 trans

The trans shop was able to add a tune to change the tooth count, I'm sure this issue happens quite a bit

My manual was twice the tooth count and adjusted on dyno in seconds.

Problem solved changed the ECM from the 04 to the 03,ignition switch.key and receiver. Shifting grate running grate thanks for the advice.
