I'm looking for a new or used Marauder. My local dealership has three one of each color, but this will be a toy car and I hate to have a 60 month payment on it. I want to put down about 25% to keep my payment short and low.

The current rebates on the 04's are $3500 and even with that my local dealership won't drop the price below $30,900. Could I do better at a diffferent dealer? On a used black 03 with 27000 miles they want $24k.

The more money I save on the front side the more I have to spend on mods later and after reading this site for a few weeks I'm going to need as much as I can get!

Welcome to the site. Check www.autotrader.com or www.cars.com for other MM deals.

Come to Dallas, I can guarantee to 1st class treatment and a brand new 04 for under $28k no problem. PM me if you're interested. Take a puddle hop to love field in Dallas, dealership is 2 minutes away, drive home in new car. :D

Easy way to save 3k.

That used 03 with 27k shouldn't go for more than $19.5k-20.5k

I'd see if you can hit up another dealership and see if they can crack you a better deal on what ever Marauder at the dealership your at now, and have them send the car over if the other dealership gives you a good deal. Autotrader is another great resource as I found two 04 DTR's with under 800miles for 26k. That 03 MM as said above should not go for anymore then 20k in good condition.

There's a 300A with 12K right here on our board. It's in MI, let me know if I can help you with transportation?

Logan's promise sounds like your best deal. Last year, a bunch of us drove from Shreveport to Ennis, and it was a blast. Rent a car, get a flight out, whatever...Logan's offer (and his value estimates too) rock.

Yeah, come on up to Detroit. We'll show you a good time.

It is worth waiting for a bigger rebate similar to what the 03's had a few months back?

I guess if you wanted to wait, but those Marauders might not be there. I'd goto another L/M dealership and get them down to atleast 27-28k and enjoy the drive home.

I don't think you'll see bigger rebates as the marauder has been cancelled, orders from dealers slowed to non-existent. There's very little 04 stock actually on the lots...

You, can do better. I bought my leftover new 03 in Jan 04 for $23,500, and had two dealers wanting to sell me a Marauder for that. Autotrader shows 3 new 03's still listed.

Hold out for the 04 as they made a few improvements. Don't know if they really work that great but since it looks like the last year might as well try to hold out for an 04 at the price you want. but like logan said, I think they're going to become scarce. Also, the financing I think is either 0% or 1.9 so at least everything goes to the principal.
