Ladies and gentlemen, I'm here in Afghanistan missing all the good times. At least i think my wife is takeing care of the Marauder while I'm gone. Just wanted to say hi to everyone back home. Don't worry, I'll be back and running the roads in the ATL in about 4 months or so, just keep doing mods and my wish list gets longer. Have fun out there, Semper Fi. Keep supporting your troops overseas!

:bigcry: You know how bad things happen when your not at home? Well, I just found out that my wife and mom were comeing back home from visiting relitives. They got into a fender bender right! Well, 3 out of 4 corners are flat and the MM has no nose now!!! fender bender? Well, I hope I can still be part of your home here. considering the car has no nose, front fenders riped halfway off, rear pas door and quarter panel smashed in, and no rear bumper I think it might be a loss. She hit "while only going 65" a gaurd rail, a road sign, gaurd rail, 18 wheeler, and another gaurd rail. She's doing ok as far as I'm told. This sux, so far away from home and I cant do anything. :mad2:  :bounce: !!! And why didnt the air bags go off or the gas shut off? These are some questions I would love to ask ford! Well, keep doing what you all do best and i'll check in later. Later guys. :alone: Anyway, I might be selling some parts soon if they are any good! :bigcry:

My wife says she is ok. Then she also said she is very brused up and cant eat or sleep from pain. The car is stuck in Alabama right now, they dont want to tow it back to GA cause it might be gone and they dont want to pay the tow bill. The other part that is bad is that she has to drive back to bama to get her stuff out of the car. Well, i have to get to the rack, busy day in the morning and i've stayed up long enough doing damage control over this. Talk to you all later. Bye:alone:

As you know Dan is in Afganistan and i am here to do this all my self. I dont know if the car is totaled yet but will know soon. The insurance company is going to go look at it. I will keep you posted on the news. I do have pictures of it. Dan got a little confussed from what happened but what can you expect we only talk on the computer. I was going on to an on ramp in the rain and hydroplaned. I was only going about 35 mph. i sc***** down the passenger side spun around hit a road sign and that tore most of the bumper off. Then i was spinning back across the intersate and i cliped and 18 wheeler and he pulled the rest of the bumper off. I then hit a concrete gurad rail head on. The front of side air bags never deployed. The only thing that helped me was my seat belt locked and i have a big bruise from that. But I tihnk I will be ok. Again thanks much.......Alisha

Interesting note for those of you who have been around awhile...her accident occured at the EXACT same entrance ramp on I-20 in Anniston, AL as MINE did back in September, on my way back from Marauderville I...which ALSO involved an 18-wheeler and the guardrail. PLEASE..ALL Marauders avoid this intersection!

I'll be staying in touch with Dan and Alisha to be sure things work out well for them.

Well, the Marauder isn't as bad as I thought. It still has the hood and fenders with a crease in the back door and quarter. Looks like the nose was just sheared off. There should be hope unless it gooed up the frame or something. Well here are some pics. I love showing battle damage. Looks like it hit everything and lived. I guess some parts of the body are put together good after all. :P Have fun all. P.S. i guess this is a good time to get the bumpers repainted!!
