How difficult is a "Marauder" marked rear bumper to find?
I'm not even pissed. Nobody was hurt. That said, my unfortunate 2004 will be the receipient of body work for the second time in just a few months.
Circumstances. About 5:50 PM, I'm at a stop light and the kid behind me hit the gas for whatever reason. His air bag didn't deploy, so it must have been 5mph or so.
The bumper is scuffed, problem is the exterior "Marauder" marked part, for lack of a better word, buckled, so I think it needs to be replaced.

The bumpers are hard to come by. Try to have the shop repair it.

I have a spare for my car I'd sell if you really need one and I'm in pa near pittsburgh. But you probably wouldn't like the price.

Take a picture of the damage. We can tell you if it's fixable. I'm guessing a 5mph bump is fixable.

Have the marauder professionally repaired.
Mine needed the bumper reinforcement and one new exhaust pipe hanger to straighten the tailpipe. I had not noticed that it was out of alignment.
I checked Autopartswarehouse.com and they have the full front set-up and hood and fenders, but could not see the rear bumper cover.
Good luck. Jim

Make sure your shop actually repairs and doesn't just unbolt/bolt/paint.

But some kind of weird pink instead!?
My bumper was damaged in a parking garage last year when some foreign plated van bumped into me whilst trying to back out of his spot. Fortunately only the passenger side corner was pushed in so it was an easy but it's always annoying.

I dropped it off this morning. The cover is fixable says the guy at the body shop.
They're going to replace the bumper reinforcement and then repaint the cover.
$767.
The kid that hit me was playing hard to get with his insurance company over the phone. I filed an adversarial claim with his insurance, because the other driver didn't answer the mailing or the calls regarding details of the accident they sent him. Their disputed claims guy found in my favor.
The owner of the shop (Badells Collision in Aston, PA) owns a marauder, so they get that the bumper cover isn't something to be written off lightly.
