Good morning my fellow Marauders brothers and sisters and a Merry Christmas to all.
I need some advise on whats going on with the MM.
My car as you may know has been down for approx 2.5 years getting some work done and getting an Eaton swap done.
Car is finally finished, put down 440 hp and 390 torque.

Ok so here are my concerns.

My headlights now are on all the time whether the switch is on or off the headlights are on, only way they would turn off is if you turn of the car. Any ideas?

2. my wipers dont work at all, i mean nothing. My tuner did say that once during the work of the Eaton the wiper came on by themselves at full speed then stoppled. any ideas?

3. Before i started the work i replaced the stock head unit with an AudioPhile head unit from a Ford Escape/Mariner. Now the radio works but when i came to load a CD it says (Load Error) any ideas please?

Your advise will be greatly appreciated

The wiper motor sends a signal to the LCM to turn on the headlights whenever the wipers are on. If your wiper motor is bad, it may be causing the LCM to think it's always on.

Just spitballin' here...

I've not heard of your exact issue, but since you said the wipers came on by themselves, then quit, it's logical that the two issues could be related.

Could also be an issue with the MFS, or since you said you were having a lot of other work done, it could possibly be a wiring fault.

I'd start checking the wiring harnesses under the hood for pinched or broken wires

Hi folks, issues have been resolved thank the Good Lord.

The whole issue was the wiper motor, when I took it out it was covered in water.
Took it apart and the circuit board was toast and smelled like rotten burnt moldy bread.
Replaced the motor and all is well.

As far as the CD player I just ordered a new used one and just awaiting arrival.

Thanks to all who responded specially RF overlord
