Poking about the interwebz and found Crutchfields web site. Looks like a good place to start if your looking to see what's out there. I've dealt with Crutchfield years ago and they seemed competent.

Best place to buy quality stereo equipment. I've been using them 16 years. They aren't the cheapest but the customer service is worth the extra money spent. I usually always buy stuff on sale and that makes them much more competitive.

+1 for eBay.
Just installed a Double DIN headunit in my Ranger. AM / FM stereo, AUX-in, rear view camera, Bluetooth, mini SD card and USB support. Less that $70.00.

After listening to the awesome sounding factory radio in the MM, I was no longer happy with my truck's radio, so I ordered an Alpine double-din from Crutchfield. Along with Memphis speakers and an S/O compact subwoofer and a whole lot of adjustments, it now sounds almost as good as the MM. You may want to look at this head unit----very crystal clear sounds.
