4R75W Value

New guy from Pittsburgh, seeking info on my 4R75W. Its a very low mileage re manufactured CVPI trans with an OEM Ford Mach 1 torque converter. Currently running it in my 3v 4.6 F100. This winter Im swapping in a TKO.
Is it shared between any other vehicles other than the CVPI and Marauder without swapping the tail shaft?
Whats a fair value to ask for the 4R75W?
Just debating on selling on sitting on it for awhile, thanks in advance.

And would only be "plug and play" in an 04 marauder without getting into the tune. The 03s came with the 4r70.

We can set the tune up to make it work.
