I have a crack or leak in the hose that runs from the washer reservoir to the pump. Trying to replace the hose, but can't find it listed on common online auto parts sites. I could buy just the hose and cut it to size, but both ends have certain connectors that need to be in place to hook up to where they go. Not sure I can get those old connectors off and installed on new hose. Sooner get a new hose with connectors already in place.
Where can I get this hose? Thanks in advance.

Buy hose by the foot, cut off the old connector to reuse. Way cheaper.

Heat gun to soften the hose and remove the fittings if need be.

Thanks for the help. I ordered a new one, just in case. These are 14 year old original hoses, and I wasn't confident in getting the old ends off without messing them up. After I get the new one installed, I think I'll try with the old ones just for the heck of it.

They come right off.
