Hose on back of the intake

Looks like nickel and dime stuff just going wrong with 150,000 on the clock. (2004 MM)
I noticed a hose that comes into the intake on the Driver side that looks like it is dry rotting. Could this cause a bit of stumbling? Also, is there a part number for this? It is the same diameter as the hose coming into the
intake on the passenger side. Happy New Years guys (girls)!
